Tina offers Gentle Yoga classes which can be practiced by a beginner, as well as, the experienced yogi looking to augment their personal practice. Her classes offer an opportunity to improve flexibility, strength, balance, alignment and mindfulness. In addition, Tina creates an approach that is mentally stimulating to bring about a sense of peace and well-being.
As Tina reflects on her yoga journey, she is forever grateful to the many people who have crossed her path; teaching her how to understand, and connect with diverse people, styles and circumstances. These experiences, along with her practice of yoga, have been instrumental in guiding her toward a better understanding of herself, and the society in which we live. Tina's gratitude extends to all the yoga students attending her classes, and who continue to inspire her to persevere and grow. She considers them her good friends, and refers to her students as "Friendly Spirits". Her appreciation for the time they share together, as well as the supportive and friendly environment they create, in her words, "makes my heart smile". As Tina continues with her yoga teacher journey, it is her hopes for students to experience the wonderful benefits of yoga, and the transformation it will bring...inside and out.
