Tina's Reflection
"I am thankful for the countless people who have crossed my path, sharing wisdom and guidance as I learned how to navigate diverse circumstances. I feel truly blessed to be a part of a wonderful group of yoga students. They help to keep me inspired, educated, vitalized and humbled. As a yoga teacher my commitment is to support students with understanding and acceptance; providing a sacred yoga space for them to heal, thrive and cultivate a greater connection within. I believe this divine connection, along with a little Funlightenment🙂 is most needed for a heartfelt and healthier life.
