Welcome, and thank you for visiting! If you are seeking a Slow, Mindful, Holistic Yoga class, with a spiritual emphasis, this might be the place to call home! Incorporating my skills as a Reflexologist, you'll learn a few extra tidbits to "Get you out of your head, and into your feet"!
What you'll find in each class is informed guidance in the practice of yoga, as well as some "self-healing" wisdom. As we tap into our divine connection, we move forward in healing, transforming and growing (or glowing!) My goal is to guide and support each person, as they usher in a new state of being and experience a greater connection with self.
These classes might not challenge the physical body like a boot camp frenzy, but they do challenge us to confront the ego, and work to release stress from our societal (or mind) madness, and bring about a sense of harmony, well-being and peace. Taking our yoga practice from a rote activity to a spiritual endeavor gives us the capability to make changes in our life and to experience our divine connection ~ our bliss!

Gentle Holistic Yoga ~ A slow, mindful yoga practice including other wellness modalities to reduce stress and foster better health and wellbeing. This class is great for beginners, as well as those looking for a slower paced practice. Options offered for diverse levels of practice.
Mind & Body Detox ~ A Slow Vinyasa sequence, practiced in a slightly heated room. Not quite a "Hot Yoga" class, more like "Warm". The sequence is followed by a guided relaxation practice. Your mat may get a little slippery & You a little sweaty, so bringing a towel or two might be a great idea! This class is great if you have trouble sleeping at night.
Move & Groove Yoga ~ Adding fun music and energetic cardio movement and dance for the beginning of class, followed by a Gentle Yoga practice. No experience needed in dance or yoga!

FALL Yoga Session
